Responsibilities
* Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
* Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints
* Provide accurate and timely information
* Follow company guidelines and procedures
* Work effectively as part of a team
* Polish: C2 level
* Good fluency in English
* Previous customer service experience preferred
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work night shift hours
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
