We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Brand Manager to drive the growth and success of Zooplus' Own Brands Accessories portfolio. As a Brand Manager, you will take holistic ownership of one or more brands, guiding brand strategy, commercial performance, and cross‐functional execution. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, Purchasing, and Sales teams to ensure that each brand is differentiated, customer‐focused, and commercially successful.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of brand strategy, including positioning, innovation, assortment planning, and channel expansion.
Drive and coordinate the product lifecycle in close collaboration with Procurement and Product Experts: from market insights and concept creation to launch, relaunch, and phase‐out.
Drive commercial initiatives, including marketing, promotions, and integrated communication campaigns across digital, social media, e‐commerce, and other relevant channels.
Collaborate cross‐functionally with stakeholders across sales, marketing, procurement, legal, and product development to ensure consistent implementation of brand strategy.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and monitor brand performance metrics to inform strategy and provide actionable insights.
Represent Own Brands Accessories in cross‐functional forums, ensuring alignment with Category Management, Sales, and Procurement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
3+ years of relevant professional experience in brand or product management, ideally in FMCG, pet accessories, or e‐commerce retail.
Proven experience in brand strategy development, planning, and execution.
Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with numbers and large data sets.
Demonstrated ability to work cross‐functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
Proven ability to understand customer needs and market requirements to enhance the customer experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
