We shape the future of work – shape it with TAKKT! We are looking for an enthusiastic Traffic Acquisition Manager to join us in the Brussel or Amsterdam area.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute traffic acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels including SEA, PLAs, CSEs, social media ads, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Optimize landing pages and user journeys to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition cost.
- Report regularly on performance metrics, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic, and search engine rankings.
- Analyze performance data (keywords, user behavior, backlinks, technical SEO) to continuously optimize website structure, content, and marketing campaigns.
- Plan, implement, and test online marketing campaigns, including A/B testing, creative optimization, and scaling strategies.
- Build and maintain senior‑level partnerships with country‑level stakeholders (e.g., GMs, International Marketing Managers).
- Manage budgets and allocate spend efficiently to maximize performance and meet KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Identify new growth opportunities through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and emerging platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights and recommendations from data.
- Solid expertise and hands‑on experience in SEO and performance marketing (including SEA, retargeting, affiliate marketing, CSE, CSS, and social ads).
- Technical/methodological skills.
- Familiarity with additional tools such as feed optimization platforms, call tracking solutions, programmatic advertising, and customer data platforms (CDPs).
- Fluent English speaker; proficiency in Dutch or French is an advantage.
