Support end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate experience.Contribute to employee engagement and employee experience initiatives that make a real impact.Collaborate on training and development programs to foster continuous growth.Support HR data analysis (KPIs, reports, talent metrics) to drive informed decision-making.Assist in compensation and benefits processes.Participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.Adapt to evolving business needs and priorities throughout the annual HR cycle. What are we looking for?
Previous experience in a generalist HR role (nice to have).Advanced level of English (required) – ability to confidently participate in weekly meetings with international teams.Advanced Excel skills.Experience or familiarity with AI tools and digital HR solutions.Proactive, well-organized, and collaborative mindset.Strong analytical skills and a results-driven approach.
