Planning & Fulfillment ManagerYour role and responsibilities
In this role, you will support the development of planning and fulfillment processes at ABB Niessen factory. Your daily tasks will include:
Supporting performance improvement, including customer on-time delivery and lead time.Ensuring adherence to inventory targets and supply plan optimization.The work model for this role is:
hybrid.This role contributes to the Electrification – ABB Niessen in Oiartzun, Gipuzkoa.Main responsibilities include:
Supporting and maintaining inventory management processes for finished goods and raw materials in line with company guidelines.Managing procurement planning based on manufacturing orders, utilizing an ERP system to ensure timely and accurate supply of materials.Identifying root causes for non-performance.Leading or supporting initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and service levels.You will join a dynamic, high-performing team where you can thrive.Qualifications for the role
Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP, specifically in Planning (MRP).Experience managing manufacturing orders (MOs) and purchase orders (POs), and reviewing and validating invoices.Experience communicating and coordinating with both domestic and international suppliers.Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).High level of English proficiency.A technical or administrative academic background is valuable.We value people from different backgrounds.
