**How to contribute to our vision**
Reporting to Global Overhaul Solutions & Strategy Manager for Minor Components, you will leader end to end projects for new repair opportunities.
**Activities**:
To fulfill the following functions on mainly Small Electronic and Electrical components but also mechanicals:
- Ensure the close cooperation of the Global Overhaul Solutions team with PI&TE; to support the minor component repair projects
- Coordinate the elaboration and implementation Technical Specification and Work instructions for Refurbishment of these components with Regional Repair Shops
- Develop/Coordinate new tools/test bench including specifications, validation and global roll out
- Support the Global Overhaul Determine overall refurbishment strategy based on technological and business drivers & Customer demand
- Support the elaboration of Repair & Refurbishment Footprint & Portfolio
- Ensure the Refurbishment Reliability and Cost Efficiency
- Support the global and regional Repair Shops during the identification and implementation of new repair opportunities
- You will be in close collaboration with PI&TE; and Regional Repair Shops in the definition of the capability and capacity or repairs and test bench/tools elaboration
- You will ensure the alignment of the Overall Refurbishment Solutions WW
You will work close to HSE, QM and SQD to ensure that the H&S; and Quality guidelines are in place and implemented within Repair shops global
**What you need to make a difference**
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for
- +5 years of experience in Renewable Energy, Aeronautical or Automation, preferably in O&M;
- At least 5 years of experience in Project Management in international teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic engineering
- Certain technical capabilities for developing electronic and electrical test benches
- Confident and capable of working in a multicultural environment
- Good analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and English communication skills - verbal and written.
- Remote team management, Change management
