In this role you will analyze and map technical solutions for campaign management, shaping enhancements with the development factory. You will collaborate with operations to ensure high-quality end-to-end service in an agile environment. You will translate business requirements into effective technical designs, drawing on enterprise and BSS experience. This is a chance to work within Vodafone’s VOIS Spain hub on cutting-edge telecom platforms and marketing tools, impacting how customers are engaged across channels.

Responsabilidades
• 5-7 years of IT analysis and design experience
• Experience with CRM or Marketing Tools (preferably Campaign Management)
• Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
• Deep knowledge of complex enterprise environments (Telco/BSS)
• Experience as IT analyst in system integrators (preferred)
• Knowledge of Campaign Automation platforms xsgfvud (e.g., HCL Unica, Acoustic, Salesforce, Adobe)
• Ability to understand and write basic SQL; shell commands and code reading are a plus
• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering or related field
