Key Responsibilities
\n
We are looking for a Cluster Manager in Spain to play a key role in leading Vendor Flex operations, managing a team of Process Assistants based at our vendors' sites. As a Cluster Manager, you will own the performance of your cluster & lead continuous improvement activities in Spain and across Europe.
\n
Maintain health and safety standards at all sites and promote a positive health and safety culture within the organization.
\n
Lead and coach a diverse team of Team Leaders at vendors sites, in a very fast‑paced, high volume environment, adapting to an ambiguous landscape and frequent changes in priorities.
\n
Establish and maintain a strong professional relationship with the vendors and the potential vendors’ service provider (3PL).
\n
Conduct audit & process change activities using Lean‑6sigma methods (Gemba Walk, Kaizen etc.).
\n
Perform in‑depth analysis of complex issues and then lead improvement initiatives to achieve error elimination and improve financial metrics.
\n
Collaborate on multiple projects in an international context, aligning with teams in other countries to continually raise the bar for our clients & explore new opportunities.
\n
Position to be based in Valencia, Zaragoza, Tarragona or Barcelona.
\n

Basic Qualifications
\n
Bachelor's degree
\n
Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
\n
Experience in problem solving and data analytics
\n
Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language
\n
Valid Class B Driver’s License
\n
Preferred Qualifications
\n
Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, etc.
\n
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques
\n
Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
\n
Experience in managing teams remotely in a dynamic environment
\n
Ability to work with different internal and external partners and be able to make decisions based on accurate analysis.
\n
Ability to manage conflicting priorities in an ambiguous environment The ability to speak another European language.

Experience working with 3rd Party Logistics providers
