To accelerate our global expansion and expand our brand presence, we are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive (m / f / d) for 40 hours / week to start immediately or as soon as possible in our office in Madrid. Grow with us and become part of our swarm in Spain!


Your Job

1. You are the first contact for our customers and partners - mainly via telephone and e-mail.
2. You proactively engage in outbound prospecting, including cold calling, to identify and generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
3. You respond to customer enquiries quickly and reliably by delivering relevant information and offering tailor-made offers.
4. You maintain and continuously expand a network of customers and sales partners.
5. You qualify leads and accompany them until the project is completed.
6. You support our sales partners in identifying sales potential and implementing sales opportunities.
7. You hold web meetings for our customers and sales partners to present our Hornetsecurity services and Channel program.
8. You take care of deal flow supervision with partners (deal registrations, trials, customer references, and conversions).
9. You are responsible for adjustments and transactions between partners.
10. You make a significant contribution to sales growth by achieving or exceeding the sales targets - we can always count on you.
11. Update our CRM with relevant customer and deal information weekly.


Your Profile

1. You have at least 2 years of inside sales experience within the IT field, preferably Cybersecurity.
2. You are a communication talent and enjoy handling incoming customer calls.
3. You prioritize customer orientation, possess good interpersonal skills, and can build long-lasting relationships.
4. You motivate yourself with your successes and pursue your quarterly goals passionately.
5. You are organized, know how to set priorities, and manage a high workload effectively.
6. You have very good MS Office skills.
7. Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools is a plus.
8. You are driven, ambitious, and eager to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
9. You are fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of Catalan or Italian is an asset.
