Office Assistant
Position Overview: We’re looking for an Office Assistant who can handle a variety of tasks, from administrative support to event coordination. This role requires a proactive individual who can prioritize tasks efficiently, work independently, and contribute as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Reception & Client Support: Welcome new clients, assist in the onboarding process, and respond to queries with a customer-focused approach.
-Administrative Tasks: Assist with scheduling, email and mail management, and various office tasks (marketing, HR, sales, customer service).
-Community & Events Support: Help organize and manage events, networking activities, and workshops, enhancing our community atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English is essential for our local and international client base.
-Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
-Friendly and approachable attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
-Experience in reception work and customer service is a plus.
-Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
We are flexible regarding the start and end dates, but we are ideally looking for someone who could start in January (February)and could stay for minimum 4 months.

Community Manager
Description:We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and happy individual to join our team during minimum 4 months.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
· Creating, scheduling, and posting content.
· Engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages.
· Analyzing performance metrics.
Community Engagement:
· Interacting with community members, both online and offline.
· Encouraging participation in events, discussions, and initiatives.
· Collecting feedback from community members.
Event Support:
· Assisting in planning and organizing community events or workshops.
· Helping with the promotion and execution of events.
· Managing event logistics and attendee communication.
Content Creation:
· Creating visual and written content (e.g., using Canva or other tools).
· Writing newsletters or updates for community members.
Customer Support:
· Addressing inquiries or issues from community members.
Administrative Support:
· Tracking community engagement data.
· Reporting on community growth, activity, and member satisfaction.
· Assisting managers with various administrative tasks.
