As a Womenswear Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing garments aligned with Desigual’s creative vision, brand DNA and business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Development, Buying and Production to ensure collections are innovative, commercially relevant and aligned with seasonal concepts and trends.

Requirements
- Degree in Fashion Design or related field
- Previous experience of minimum 5 years in fashion design
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, materials and garment construction techniques
- Ability to interpret trends and translate them into commercial and brand-aligned designs
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- High level of creativity combined with strong product sensibility and commercial awareness
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proactive attitude and strong teamwork mindset
- Fluent Spanish & English
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop garments aligned with seasonal concepts, brand identity and market needs
- Create mood boards, colour palettes, prints, graphics and technical sketches for collections
- Research trends, fabrics, materials and new techniques to ensure innovative and competitive product proposals
- Work closely with Product Development and Buying teams to ensure designs are aligned with price positioning and business strategy
- Follow up garment development from concept to final sample, ensuring quality and design integrity
- Collaborate with suppliers and production teams to ensure feasibility and correct execution of designs
- Prepare technical documentation and support fittings when required
- Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and product improvements
- Ensure collections respect timing, calendar milestones and internal processes
