Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Manage the availability maintenance and condition of the vehicle fleet.
Coordinate vehicle rentals returns and cleaning schedules for optimal efficiency.
- Customer Service:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries resolving issues and managing complaints.
Train and support staff in delivering excellent customer service at every interaction.
- Staff Management:
Recruit train supervise and evaluate station staff including rental agents and customer service representatives.
Schedule staff shifts and manage workloads to ensure operational efficiency and coverage.
- Sales and Financial Management:
Monitor and achieve sales targets including upselling additional services.
Manage the stations budget control operational costs and ensure profitability.
- Fleet Management:
Oversee fleet operations ensuring vehicles are well-maintained clean and ready for rental.
Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and repairs.
Optimize fleet utilization to meet customer demand and minimize idle time.
- Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all station operations comply with company policies industry regulations and legal requirements.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for both employees and customers.
Oversee proper documentation and record-keeping for all transactions.
