Supported by AXA Group investments, we seek an experienced Cyber Risk Consultant to work closely with the Global Head of Cyber Consulting. Your role will involve developing AXA XL’s global Cyber underwriting and consulting services, ensuring comprehensive product offerings across key cyber risk areas:
* Leading the development and implementation of an integrated Cyber Security Risk Management Services Methodology for consistent risk management practices.
* Promoting a positive cyber security risk culture with clients and ensuring underwriters understand client risk profiles.
* Providing thought leadership and expertise in identifying, assessing, and reporting Cyber Security Risks across all sectors, with detailed knowledge of assets and systems.
This role supports the development of our Cyber Risk Consulting services, enhances our brand, and delivers outstanding risk consulting to underwriters and clients. It combines technical expertise with market and client engagement, supporting the Global Cyber Risk Consulting leader in building a strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Advising underwriters on industry-specific risks and supporting clients in cyber risk mitigation strategies.
* Building cyber services to help clients understand and manage their risks.
* Designing and implementing customized risk management frameworks.
* Defining risk management processes and contributing to overall frameworks.
* Developing risk analysis methodologies with senior team members.
* Adapting approaches based on client industry and size.
* Engaging with stakeholders to discuss risk solutions and visiting clients for risk evaluation.
* Ensuring compliance with technical guidelines and sharing cyber risk insights with colleagues and the AXA Cyber Centre of Excellence.
You will report to the Head of Cyber Risk Consulting.
Required Skills and Abilities:
* Master's degree in Cyber Security, with knowledge of frameworks like NIST, ISO, CISM, CISSP, or Cyber Essentials+.
* Experience in Cyber Security or IT sectors, understanding regulations, policies, and risk management in cyber security.
* Familiarity with cyber insurance concepts is a plus.
* Fluency in English and Spanish; Italian is a plus.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
* Attention to detail and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to travel occasionally (~20%).
