In this role you will drive technical initiatives within the Customer eXperience team, shaping how travellers interact with our platform. You will lead and mentor engineers, deliver complex technical improvements, and ensure scalable, maintainable code. You’ll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical direction with business goals, while adopting modern practices and learning continuously. This is an opportunity to influence the travel booking experience at scale, in a collaborative, Agile environment.

Responsabilidades
• Deep understanding of software engineering concepts (OOP, functional programming, concurrency, data structures, design and architecture patterns, databases, APIs)
• Experience with the full software development cycle including production deployment and testing (unit/integration), as well as Cloud and Continuous Delivery environments
• Strong data-driven and analytical capabilities and creativity to solve complex problems
• Commitment to quality and technical excellence
• Excellent communication skills and ability to reach agreements with stakeholders
• Ability to visually represent solutions with standard diagrams xpzdshu for diverse audiences
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and delegate in uncertain environments
