Experteer OverviewIn this role you shape Swift's digital assets strategy, focusing on the Swift Ledger and related initiatives. You will translate complex market and banking economics into bank-focused strategy, collaborating with product, technology and engagement teams to turn concepts into credible roadmaps. You'll work with senior stakeholders to align near-term MVP plans with a five-year vision for a cross-border, multi-asset network. This is a high-impact position at the heart of Swift's Digital Assets unit, contributing to a live MVP by 2026 and ecosystem adoption.

Responsabilidades
* 6-8 years of experience in banking, payments, fintech, consulting, or related field
* Exposure to cross-border payments, transaction banking, treasury, liquidity management, or correspondent banking preferred
* Interest in digital assets, blockchain, tokenization, or stablecoins
* Proven ability to produce structured analysis and influence executive decisions
* Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive-level materials
