At METT Marbella – Estepona, part of the prestigious Sunset Hospitality Group, we are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive. We aren't just looking for someone to sell rooms; we're looking for a passionate brand ambassador with exceptional commercial skills to drive our growth in the stunning Costa del Sol.
Your Purpose
Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will be the engine behind our revenue growth. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing long-lasting relationships with existing clients, and implementing effective commercial strategies across all hotel segments.
What You'll Be Doing
* Strategic Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
* Client Acquisition: Identify and capture new business within the corporate, leisure, and group segments.
* Relationship Management: Maintain and foster strong connections with existing clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
* On-Site Representation: Lead site inspections, FAM trips, and client entertainment activities to showcase the METT experience.
* Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present persuasive proposals and contracts, skillfully negotiating terms to secure bookings.
* Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies in real-time.
* Cross-Department Synergy: Collaborate with Front Office, F&B, and Events teams to ensure every guest experience is seamless.
The Profile We're Looking For
* Industry Expertise: Solid sales experience in 4- or 5-star hotels or resorts, ideally within a luxury environment.
* Communication Mastery: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Technical Savvy: High proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* Self-Starter Mindset: Ability to work independently while being a strong contributor to a multicultural team.
* Organization: Outstanding planning and time-management skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
