Position Summary
You will lead hospital access activities that help patients get the treatments they need. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams across Spain and with central colleagues. This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
* Develop and implement hospital access strategies at national and regional levels to secure timely and sustainable access.
* Adapt technical dossiers, local value narratives and evidence packages for pricing, reimbursement and hospital evaluation processes.
* Adapt economic models, budget impact tools and real‑world evidence analyses relevant to the Spanish healthcare setting.
* Lead responses to health technology assessment and hospital evaluation requests, liaising with regulators, payers and hospital committees.
* Work with commercial, medical, regulatory and government affairs teams to align access plans and support product launch and lifecycle activities.
* Monitor the healthcare environment and competitor activity to update access strategies and inform internal stakeholders.
Why You?
* University degree in health sciences, economics, pharmacy, statistics or similar.
* Minimum 3 years experience in market access, hospital access, or sales hospital market.
* Knowledge of Spanish pricing, reimbursement and regional hospital access processes.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage internal stakeholders and also external stakeholders such as hospital pharmacy and payers.
Preferred Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Market Access, Health Economics, Public Health or related field.
* Experience working with real‑world data or leading RWE projects.
* Familiarity with regional healthcare systems and hospital formulary processes.
* Proficiency with MS Office, statistical or modelling tools (e.G., Excel, R, TreeAge).
