The Role

We are looking for a sales-driven, entrepreneurial professional to lead Immfly’s commercial expansion in North America with a strong focus on in-flight retail and ancillary revenue solutions. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for developing partnerships with airlines and aviation stakeholders, positioning Immfly as a leader in digital inflight retail, and securing contracts that boost both passenger satisfaction and airline revenues.

This role is ideal for a hunter profile with deep knowledge of airline retail and ancillary revenue models, who thrives on building relationships and closing enterprise-level deals.

What do we expect from you?

* New Business Development : Drive Immfly’s commercial expansion by identifying, engaging, and closing new airline partners in the U.S. and Canada.
* Retail Sales Strategy : Promote Immfly’s digital retail, marketplace, and ancillary revenue solutions as a key differentiator for airlines.
* Consultative Selling : Act as a trusted advisor, helping airlines transform their in-flight retail strategy and increase passenger spend.
* Revenue Targets : Consistently meet and exceed sales targets focused on retail-driven solutions.
* Industry Networking : Represent Immfly at aviation, retail, and travel technology events to build visibility and relationships in the market.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Immfly’s product, marketing, and customer success teams to tailor solutions that fit airline retail strategies.

Requirements


What You Bring to the Table

* Proven sales / business development experience in aviation, airline retail, travel retail, or digital commerce solutions.
* Proven track record of driving ancillary revenue and retail partnerships with airlines or travel industry players.
* Strong network within airline commercial, ancillary revenue, and procurement teams in North America.
* Excellent negotiation, pitching, and relationship-building skills with C-level executives.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to open a new market, and create commercial momentum from scratch
* Based in North America, with a willingness to travel extensively.
