1. Reviewing and monitoring of ricemill and reprocessing which includes:
1.1 Color sorter monitoring form
1.2 GMP Personnel monitoring form
1.3 Daily Facility inspection checklist
1.4 Daily glass wood metal and brittle plastic monitoring form
1.5 Rodents and pest monitoring form
2. Conducts all testing and analysis of samples from acceptance and reports results for proper disposition as per client requirement.
3. Provides quality acceptance reports and recommendations in an accurate and timely manner
4. Assists in the design, implementation, audit, and sustainability of established operational standards and practices (GMP, SSOP, HACCP).
5. Provides Internal Quality reports and recommendations in an accurate and timely manner.
6. Assist in auditing INTERNAL compliance to establish operation standards and practices to identify any non-conformance and recommend Corrective and Preventive Actions for process owner’s implementation to assure QUALITY.
7. Co-author of certification programs such as GMP, SSOP, and HACCP in partnership with all process owners.
8. Representative in seminars related to quality assurance practices and the like
9. Perform other related tasks
