Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Doctor in Photonics. The role is based in Zaragoza, with flexibility for some remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting advanced research in the field of photonics, developing and implementing state‐of‐the‐art solutions for optoelectronic and radar-based technologies. Additional responsibilities include designing experiments, analyzing data, contributing to project innovation, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and supporting technology transfer initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in photonics, optoelectronics, and/or radar technology.
Proficiency in experimental design, data analysis, and scientific research methods.
Ability to collaborate within interdisciplinary teams and actively contribute to innovation projects.
Familiarity with technology transfer processes and Open Innovation practices is a plus.
Excellent problem‐solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and attention to detail.
PhD in Photonics, Optoelectronics, Physics, or a related discipline.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages, such as Spanish, is advantageous.
