We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist Interim to temporarily join our team and provide both operational and strategic HR support. Key Responsibilities for the Interim HR GeneralistAct as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.Support workforce planning and organizational design based on current and future business needs.Drive performance management processes, ensuring clear objectives, feedback culture, and accountability.Partner with managers on talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies.Manage HR policies and ensure they are effectively communicated and implemented.Lead internal communication related to HR processes and programs.A successful HR Generalist Interim in this position will:Foster a performance-driven and feedback-oriented culture.Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.Ensure that all required recruitment profiles are delivered on time and in alignment with the company culture.Strong knowledge of European labor law, HR policies, compensation, and benefits.Experience supporting leaders in performance management, talent development, and internal promotion processes.Fixed-term contract to cover temporary incapacity (sick leave)
