We are part of Deutsche Telekom Technology's group for enabling and driving Digitization. Our team is responsible for a Generative AI Software that supports automation of document-centric processes in regulatory and public-authority communications.
To expand our solution and unlock new use cases, we are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with Software Engineers, AI experts, and DevOps Engineers to evolve our software platform, champion modern software engineering practices, and contribute to scalable, robust, and cloud‐ready architectures.
Partner with AI/ML experts to build and continuously improve scalable, maintainable software solutions for AI-driven applications
Collaborate with DevOps engineers to ensure solutions are robust, secure, and production-ready
Champion software engineering best practices, including sound architecture, cloud‐native development, and effective API design and management
Your Skills & Experience Software Engineering Best Practices:
Good development practices, using software patterns, modularization & packaging, clean code principles and testing your code.
Python, at least 3 years professional experience
Cloud experience in at least one hyperscaler environment (ideally GCP).
Setting up cloud applications by using infrastructure as code principles.
Authentication & IAM (OAuth2, security best practices)
Operating GitLab for versioning and to setup, build, test and deploy to the cloud.
Docker & orchestration
Cloud logging and monitoring
Knowledge about measuring and monitoring AI quality
SQL and Database knowledge
Gitlab
Agile working, JIRA, Confluence
Preferably Telekom knowledge about networks, platforms and the ecosystem around security, privacy, Tardis and the internal network.
Business fluency in English, German advantageous
