The Warranty Supervisor will lead the resolutions of Customer claims and warranties of equipment and spares from Flowserve Pozuelo factory to ensure customer satisfaction. This Quality individual will also lead the corrective actions to prevent defects recurrence.
Responsibilities
* Solve Customer Claims in a timely manner.
* Drive improved customer relationships through creating a work environment that is free of unfavorable circumstances or perceptions for either party, that meets or exceeds performance expectations of the customer.
* Responsible for managing spending expectations on each assigned warranty.
* Coordinate with other functions and departments to respond to customer needs.
* Coordination of the team and resources assigned.
* Analyzes Customer problems and serves as the Aftermarket technical support, collaborating with Sales and Aftermarket teams.
* Create claim notifications on SAP system and keep the Quality Quest system updated with all the information of the NCRs and ensure the closing of the report correctly.
* Lead root cause analysis to prevent quality problems derived from customer complaints.
* Meet site goals according to the KPIs defined by the Corporate.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 5-7 years relevant experience.
* Mechanical, Industrial Engineering experience.
* Highly detailed individual with strong organization and follow-up skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes.
* Knowledge of standards (ASME, ISO 9001, ASTM, API).
* Field service for rotating equipment experience and vibration knowledge/certification is a plus.
