YOUR MISSION :
As a Finance Transformation Director, you will lead the transformation of the finance function at Getnet. Your focus will be on driving growth and preserving business value through innovation. The role involves evolving different parts of the finance focus areas—including Think to Advise, Plan to Forecast, and Record to Report—to support double-digit revenue growth and effective stakeholder communication.
* Implement Business Strategy in collaboration with Finance Function Transformation, including resource allocation models (70 / 20 / 10), OKRs, and targets for Product and Tech domains globally.
* Serve as a proactive Business Partner, acting as the single point of contact for all transformation-related matters, linking financial KPIs with operational KPIs across Tech and Product domains.
* Manage and enhance performance reporting, providing detailed insights across tech infrastructure, products, and global domains.
* Evaluate cost-effectiveness and optimize cloud resource utilization, focusing on product development, cost management, and operational efficiency.
* Establish a global finance operating model leveraging cross-country teams, supported by a central finance data platform and digital tools.
* Develop advanced Business Intelligence capabilities, enabling detailed performance analysis and data-driven decision-making.
* Define and implement a global target operating model, including cost and revenue engines for strategic resource allocation.
* Support strategic decision-making through analysis and disciplined investment, balancing core business, emerging products, and innovation.
* Provide monthly insights on tech and product performance, including P&L and KPI analysis by product and domain.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
* Experience in fintech environments and Big Tech, with a focus on product / tech transformation.
* 15+ years of experience in global companies, with proven leadership in change management within Payment Entities.
* Background in Payments, acquiring, gateways, or orchestrators, especially in value-added merchant services.
* Experience leading cross-functional, cross-border projects and managing global teams.
* Strong finance business partnering skills, with a focus on automation, data-driven strategies, and digital transformation.
* Analytical, creative problem-solving skills, with a sense of urgency.
* Ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural, cross-functional environments.
* Excellent communication skills tailored to technical teams, control functions, and senior leadership.
* Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance; Agile, Lean Startup, or Scrum experience is a plus.

Internal stakeholders include CEO, Tech, Product, Growth, Business Development, Operations, Legal, CFO, Governance, Risk, and other Santander units like Finance, Management Control, and Data Management.
External stakeholders include auditors, consultancies, and outsourcing partners.
