Mechanical EngineerWork Schedule:
Monday to Friday, split shifts from 7am-4pm and 8am-5pm.Day-to-Day Duties
Work as part of a 3-man team.Perform PPMs, reactive maintenance, and service on UPS, AHU, FCU, pumps, motors, and general plumbing.Undertake assigned tasks promptly and professionally.Proactively identify and report faults in building services equipment and take corrective actions.Report and escalate Health & Safety issues as required.Maintain informal communication with client staff regarding service levels and issues.Report service-impacting issues to site management for formal communication with the client.Remain flexible regarding site attendance and tasks within personal competency.Stay informed about relevant Health & Safety and legislative matters.Qualifications / Requirements
Qualified in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing with valid certificates.Maintenance skills with experience in PPMs on commercial systems.Steady and progressive work history.Experience working on large-scale building services applications.Ability to handle reactive repairs in a fast-paced corporate environment.This job posting is active and accepting applications.
