As HR Global Reporting & Analytics you will be at the core of the HR corporate reporting process & systems landscape by providing cross-divisional analytical and support services, including data management and systems control. You combine internal and external data sources leveraging DSM-Firmenich technology platforms and partnering with internal functions to make data driven decisions regarding people and to optimize HR performance bringing Speed, Simplicity and Employee Experience. This includes consulting and driving tactical and operational improvements based on deep-dive analytics and specific quality checks using data-driven solutions.

Your key responsibilities :
* Design, develop and create reporting analytics through Data manipulation & systems maintenance to ensure robust and accurate reporting capabilities
* Create standard, ad hoc queries or reports to produce data summaries and analyses for strategic planning and decision-making
* Prepares, manipulates, and analyses data by organizing diverse information, checking for errors / inconsistencies
* Supports with managing the interface between various systems within the business to extract relevant information for analysis
* Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to ensure the availability, quality, and integrity of data sources necessary for analysis.
* Support monitoring of data accuracy, completeness, consistency and integrity of HR data across all systems.

You bring
* Degree in Information Technology, Business or Human Resources, or 3-5 years of comparable experience required
* Experience maintaining and extracting date from systems, sorting, analyzing, creating reports, and preparing documents for review.
* Functional experience in HR technology, preferably track record in Success Factors and in core systems (SAP preferred)
* Experience of at least 3-5 years in working with complex data driven initiatives, ideally in HR area with good understanding of HR processes, metrics, systems, data and reports
* Experience in BI or analytics tools (Power Bi, Tableau, etc...)
* Project Management skills to pilot different data related initiatives.
