Your role
The Financial Manager will be overseeing the organization's accounting and financial reporting functions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. Its key duties include preparing financial statements, managing the accounting team, developing budgets and forecasts, enforcing internal controls, and acting as the liaison for external audits. This role will be responsible for leading and overseeing the accounting team in Spain.
Your Journey
- Supervise day-to-day accounting activities including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end close processes. Prepare monthly fin package with full analysis of the results.
- Manage cash flow planning, banking relationships, and liquidity needs.
- Monitor working capital and optimize financial resources.
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls.
- Implementing the company's ERP system Netsuite.
- Prepare a yearly budget with coordination of all relevant departments.
- Responsible for all audit, Tax and accounting issues of group companies.

What do you bring to your trip
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field;
CPA required.
- 5–10+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role with experience within the Spanish Market.
- Experience with financial reporting standards, audits, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial automation tools. Netsuite ERP Experience is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Excellent command of Spanish & English.
