At Permisso, we are building the digital rails for the future of financial services. We've reached a point where our product is scaling fast, and now we need our first B2B Marketer to help us own the conversation in Europe.
As our first marketing hire, you won't be a small cog in a big machine. You will be the machine. We are looking for a T-shaped marketer: someone who can write a punchy LinkedIn post in the morning, jump on a call with event organizers at noon, and analyze the performance of a lead-gen campaign by EOD.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You will own the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion, with a heavy focus on high-impact physical and digital presence.
* Event Marketing: Lead our presence at fairs, congresses, and industry events. You'll handle everything from choosing the right sponsorships to organizing and conducting Permisso's own exclusive events.
* Channel Exploration: Test and scale B2B marketing channels (Inbound, LinkedIn Ads, Email) to find what makes our audience click.
* Content & Social: Own our LinkedIn presence. You'll be responsible for creating content that positions Permisso as a thought leader for our target industries.
* PR & Branding: Help us tell our story. You'll manage relationships with media and ensure our brand remains consistent and dynamic across all touchpoints.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing (Fintech or SaaS experience is a huge plus).
* Event Experience: You've helped organize or manage company presence at events before and you love the "live" energy of fairs and congresses.
* T-Shaped Mindset: You are a generalist who isn't afraid to dive deep. You can write, you can design (even if it's just Canva), and you can read data.
* Bias for Action: You are a self-starter who doesn't wait for a manual to get moving.
* Language Skills: Full proficiency in Spanish and advanced professional English.
* Attitude: You are ambitious, resilient, and genuinely excited about disrupting the financial industry.

* Competitive Compensation: Fixed annual salary of €30k – €35k, depending on your "T-shaped" skills and experience.
* Performance Bonus: Variable pay of up to 10% of your gross annual (paid every six months).
