We're Hiring: Dealer Marketing & Analytics Specialist

Are you a highly organized marketer with a strong analytical mindset?

Do you enjoy working with data, structure, and systems to improve performance across global networks?

We're looking for a Dealer Marketing & Analytics Specialist to join our Global Marketing team and play a key role in coordinating, measuring, and optimizing our international Dealer Network Program.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this role combines project management, data analytics, and CRM enablement to ensure Dealer marketing activities are well executed, objectively measured, and continuously improved.

What you'll do

Dealer Network Program Management (primary focus)

• Coordinate the Dealer Network Program from a Marketing perspective (campaign rollouts, toolkits, local activation materials, events, and co-marketing initiatives).

• Act as the central point of contact for Dealer marketing initiatives and campaign rollouts.

• Distribute newsletters, communications, and marketing updates to Dealers.

• Support Dealers in planning and optimizing their marketing budgets and co-funded investments.

• Ensure Dealer activities align with global marketing priorities to maximize impact.

Dealer Analytics & Performance Measurement

• Provide an objective, data-driven view of Dealer engagement and marketing performance.

• Design, evolve, and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and CRM data.

• Analyze Dealer participation, campaign adoption, and engagement across the network.

• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to continuously improve the customer journey.

• Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for Marketing, Sales, and Management.

CRM & Marketing Automation Enablement

• Ensure Dealer-related marketing activities are properly implemented and tracked in the CRM.

• Support audience segmentation and targeted email campaigns.

• Use marketing automation tools to track campaigns and measure engagement.

• Collaborate with CRM and IT roles to ensure data quality and usability.

Event Support (occasional)

• Support trade shows, Dealer events, and other marketing initiatives as part of the Marketing team.

What we're looking for

• Strong organizational and project management skills (able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel).

• Analytical mindset with solid reporting skills (advanced Excel + Power BI or similar).

• 4+ years of experience in Marketing with a strong analytical/reporting focus, in B2B environments working with international dealer/partner networks.

• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., SAP C4C, Salesforce, HubSpot).

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics or similar.

• English: high proficiency (required).

• Spanish: working proficiency / intermediate+ professional level (required).

• Additional languages are a plus.

Location

• Barcelona (on-site).

Salary range

• 32,000–37,000€ gross/year (depending on experience).
