At 5-star Grand Luxe Cap Vermell Grand Hotel we are hiring a Groups & Events Sales Executive. 
As part of the sales team you will be responsible for offering personalized and professional assistance to our group and event guests and service in guiding our internal policies and procedures. The position requires good communication and negotiation skills, teamwork skills, interest in both administrative and operational tasks, high flexibility and empathy. 
As a Sales Groups and Events Executive your main responsibilities will be: 
- Create and maintain a professional business relationship with our guests and clients. 
- Constantly investigate and analyze new business opportunities. 
- Continuous follow-ups in accordance with the policies and procedures of the hotel. 
- Prepare and send proposals for groups and events, negotiate their terms and conditions and execute their planning and organization for the highest satisfaction of our custumers. 
- Respond to any customer request according to our highest standards. 
- Develop and execute a personal business plan. 
- Achieve hotel revenue goals for rooms, food and beverage, and banquets. 
- Analyze and constantly challenge the status quo to maximize hotel opportunities. 
- Create a fluid and efficient internal communication flow.
