WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
* Strong hands-on experience designing and supporting production cloud workloads using native AWS and 3rd-party tools
* Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and tools, specifically Terraform or CloudFormation, for building, changing, and versioning infrastructure
* Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, processes, and tools (e.g., Jenkins) alongside code/binary repositories (GitHub, Bitbucket)
* Proven scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Ruby, Python, or Bash
* Familiarity with automation and configuration management toolsets, such as Ansible
* Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written), paired with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with a diverse, global user base
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Develop, implement, and maintain standard enterprise cloud solutions across our Cloud Foundations product using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) for networks, policies, access, and backups
* Ensure the overall health, performance, and continuous configuration management of all Cloud environments, overseeing patching, anti-virus, and backup thresholds
* Monitor cloud environments, respond to security and portal access alerts, and manage user access requests while enforcing strict security best practices (MFA, key management)
* Drive the upgrade and migration of legacy IaC stacks, and seamlessly roll out new releases for core tools like Terraform and Bitbucket
* Provide Day 2 troubleshooting support, assisting users with complex cloud environment issues
* Create and maintain comprehensive runbooks and support documentation while strictly adhering to ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, and configuration management)
* Work dynamically within an Agile/Scrum framework, collaborating closely with the product owner and development teams to support digital products and use cases
