Quality Assurance Specialist for Billing Systems We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist to lead the testing efforts for our billing systems team. This role requires a hands-on professional who can design, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for complex billing workflows. Collaborate with finance, engineering, and product teams to ensure seamless transition to NetSuite Billing. Validate data integrity across systems during migration and integration testing. Design test strategy and acceptance criteria in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
5+ years of QA experience with billing or financial systems. Strong understanding of billing workflows, subscription models, revenue recognition, and invoicing logic. Experience working with NetSuite (preferred), Zoho, FastSpring, or similar platforms.
