Sales Executive Team Lead (m/w/d)
to contribute to our sales team's growth and success.Your role at BizAwayResponsibilitiesLead negotiations with potential clients from discovery to contract, carrying a personal quota.Present our solutions to diverse audiences including C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, and Travel Managers.Demonstrate our platform live to qualified prospects.Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other channels to generate pipeline.Support the growth of team members through coaching and training during sales calls.Forecast sales revenue, providing visibility of deal pipelines.Collaborate with the SDR team to improve pipeline quality.Propose strategies and campaigns to enhance sales processes and growth.Basic QualificationsFluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.At least 2 years of experience as a top-performing Account Executive in a tech company.Proactive attitude with a strong sense of accountability.Hungry for challenges and continuous improvement.Flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.Preferred ExperienceExperience in Fintech, SaaS, Travel, or scale-ups.Our OfferA role in a rapidly growing scale-up.Uncapped variable compensation and equity options.Opportunities to develop entrepreneurial skills and influence business decisions.Multicultural, international team environment.Collaborative workspace with amenities like free coffee and beers.Friday afternoons off.Flexible work policy (3 days in-office, 2 remote) in central Barcelona.BizAway values diversity and does not discriminate based on age, gender, sexual orientation, health, nationality, political beliefs, or religion.
