As a Senior Indirect Procurement Buyer at Amplifon, you will lead strategic sourcing across indirect categories to secure best value and align with company goals. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to optimize spend, manage supplier performance, and mitigate risks. This role offers impact across Marketing, IT, Facilities, and HR services in a fast‑paced, global organization. You’ll contribute to cost savings, process improvements, and elevated supplier collaboration in a mission‑driven, inclusive culture.

• Strategic Sourcing across indirect categories (Marketing, Professional Services, IT, Facilities, HR services, Corporate Services)
• Conduct RFPs, RFQs, and competitive bidding to secure best value
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement procurement strategies
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and monitor performance
• Support supplier negotiations, contract renewals, and performance reviews
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with operational needs
• Support contract negotiations and ensure policy/compliance

Responsabilidades
• 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing
• Experience managing supplier negotiations and sourcing xpzdshu projects
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Excellent analytical and financial evaluation abilities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• English fluent
