Customer Trust Support Specialist
for an important software company located in Barcelona.Responsibilities :
You will act as the point of contact for sales teams seeking answers.Respond to and triage incoming customer security, privacy, compliance, and related legal questions, directing them to the appropriate process.Track and manage responses using internal systems (e.G., Responsive, Jira, SafeBase), ensuring traceability and repeatability.Stay current on company sales policies and security posture to support accurate, credible responses.Identify gaps in existing documentation or processes and collaborate with subject matter experts to address them.Requirements :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Demonstrated persistence and follow-through when working cross-functionally to resolve issues.Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in loosely structured tasks.Familiarity with compliance and information security concepts (e.G., SOC 2, ISO 27001) is beneficial but not essential.Understanding of B2B software sales, including basic SaaS deployment concepts.Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.We offer :
