About the Role Reporting to the Professional Services Director, the Project Manage is respounsiable for leading software development and dlivery projects across multiple cross‑functional teams. Focused on results, the Project Manager supports alignment across teams as they deliver to objectives. The Project Manager helps maintain the overall health of the project, stepping in to proactively remove obstacles, mitigate risks and address issues as required.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities The Project Manager will be accountable for:
Quality and Timeliness of the final delivery for each project
Maintaining consistent methods across cross‑functional teams
Delivering continuous improvement of cross‑team efficiency and SDLC practices over time
Providing a high degree of visibility into the health of the overall project progress at all times
Managing client communications and expectations during the delivery lifecycle to maintain strong relationships and satisfaction
Applying and tracking project KPIs to ensure successful execution, adherence to schedule, and delivery of milestones
To support the Professional Services Director, the Project Manager will:
Act as the prime escalation point for all cross‑team work items from planning to transition to support activities for product development initiatives
Manage client engagement during project delivery by facilitating regular updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns promptly to ensure client satisfaction
Drive and facilitate continuous grooming and maintenance of all Program Backlogs
Drive and facilitate the preparation, readiness, scheduling, and execution of all Cross‑Program Planning activities
Track, monitor, communicate, and escaly cross‑team delivery objectives and all major delivery impediments
Apply project KPIs and metrics rigorously to measure progress, quality, and effectiveness of projects and teams, proactively identifying areas requiring attention and adjustment
Escalate cross‑team issue resolution and risk mitigation efforts to a conclusion for complex cross‑discipline issues through creative solutions and innovative ideas
Identify and implement the measurement of necessary metrics to measure the progress and effectiveness of projects/teams
Enforce technology standards and processes, including standard SDLC methodology when applicable
Drive and facilitate the integration of cross‑program teams including Application development, DevOps, Release Management, Integration Teams, System Teams, and Infrastructure
Drive and facilitate closure of UAT defects across teams
Provide people management for cross‑program teams, nurturing talent and fostering career growth in our people

Technical Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred
5+ years managing large scale projects
Strong working experience in iterative software delivery methodologies – Agile, SCRUM, etc.
Strong working experience in project management tools - JIRA, Monday, etc.
Working experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is an asset
Background in the financial services industry is preferred
