clarify and resolve internal and external dependencies.- Implement and maintain dashboards and metrics (predictability, lead time, quality, risks).- Provide regular reports to management and the PMO;
ensure traceability of decisions.- Foster the maturity of squads, particularly Backend;
improve Web/Mobile reporting practices;
maintain a backlog of improvements.- Ensure CI/CD practices, automated testing, and the definition of Done;
ensure compliance with CSPN/PSD2-3 requirements.- Synchronize deliveries and operations;
manage interfaces with premium and standard customers;
manage expectations andchanges.- Liaise with Product Management, Architecture, QA/DevOps, Security, PMO, and customers;
facilitate communication and expectation management.Requirements:- 7+ years in an RTE/SAFe/Agile role in multi-squad or multi-team environments (mobile, web, backend) and in financial contexts with security/compliance constraints.- Technical and Methodological Skills- Proficiency in SAFe or equivalent;
experience with Jira/Confluence;
understanding of CI/CD;
knowledge of CSPN/PSD requirements (or the ability to integrate them if necessary).- Leadership and Communication- Leadership support, facilitation, technical explanation;
