We are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager for the Iberia region to manage day-to-day commercial activities across Spain and Portugal within our Water Business. The mission of the role is to open up a new market in the water sector, focusing on customer management, distributor development, and operational execution to support growth across hospitality, retail, and distribution channels.
What you will do
* Manage daily relationships with hotel chains, restaurant groups, retail customers, and corporate accounts.
* Negotiate and update framework agreements and follow up on ongoing deals.
* Coordinate deliveries, service levels, and contract renewals with Operations and suppliers.
* Maintain and update the sales pipeline, forecasts, and profitability reports.
* Work closely with finance, legal, marketing, and operations to ensure correct pricing and documentation.
* Complete technical training on water treatment systems to support customers and distributors.
What we’re looking for
* 5–7 years of experience in sales, key account management, or distributor management.
* Solid negotiation skills and a strong execution-oriented mindset.
* Good understanding of forecasting and commercial KPIs.
* Ability to learn technical topics quickly.
* Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
* Degree in business or a related field; technical knowledge of water systems is an advantage
Location: Field based role. National and occasional Portugal travel required.
Contract: Permanent (Contrato indefinido).
