On-Site Opportunity in A Coruña, Spain
Are you a technical problem-solver who excels at consultative business-to-business (B2B) communication? We're seeking a proactive Cloud Solutions Specialist to become a key member of our on-site team in A Coruña, Spain. This unique role merges high-level technical support with a strategic sales mindset, making you essential to our clients' success with our modern, cutting‐edge Modern Workplace Platform. Your mission is to provide expert technical assurance while proactively discovering opportunities for clients to expand their use of our cloud-based tools.

Location
Our offices in A Coruña, Spain. Schedule: Full‐Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00.

The Core of the Role
As the primary technical contact for our business clients, you will ensure seamless operations and drive increased platform adoption.

Consultative Sales: Apply your robust experience in B2B tech sales focused on cloud solutions to recognize and act on opportunities for upselling or cross-selling platform features and services during support interactions.

Client Guidance: Position yourself as a trusted technical advisor, coaching business clients on optimal strategies for leveraging the platform to meet their operational needs.

Product Promotion: Clearly and persuasively articulate the business advantages of new service updates, platform features, and potential expansions to the client base.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with business clients, ensuring high satisfaction rates that lead to client retention and successful expansion.

What We Require

Mastery of English: You must possess native or near-native fluency (C2 proficiency is non‐negotiable), as all core business communication and technical support delivery are conducted exclusively in English.

Proven B2B Cloud Sales Track Record: Demonstrable, hands‐on experience in B2B sales, specifically with technology solutions utilizing major cloud platforms (e.g., SaaS models, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).

IT Fundamentals: A solid, practical understanding of modern IT infrastructure, network protocols, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and fundamental cloud computing models.

Client Focus: A history of successfully navigating demanding client scenarios, setting clear expectations, and consistently delivering exceptional, high‐quality customer service.
