**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- As a Business Development Analyst, you will help us in different fronts, specially in the Partnership front:
- Drive pipeline and revenue within the existing partner ecosystem across all footprint,
- Focus on finding new global and regional distribution partnerships,
- Discuss and brainstorm ideas for new initiatives, define their scope, and lead commercial negotiations with partners in close alignment with cross-functional teams,
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across Product, Legal, Operations, Marketing, and Business teams on the conceptualization, development, implementation, and go-to-market strategy of new partnership initiatives,
- Support Global Partnerships Lead in reporting, ad-hoc pitching materials, and Channel Marketing.
**WHO YOU ARE**
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales, Business Development or Channel/Partnership role in B2B environments (payments experience strong plus)
- Proven track record of exceeding channel sales revenue targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance. Master's degree desirable.
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically, and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to travel
- Proficiency on Excel and Power Point.
- A high degree of honesty, integrity and sound judgment
- High English and Spanish level is a must.
