What are we looking for?
* A senior professional with experience (approximately 10-15 years).
* Solid experience in Service Design in complex environments.
* B2B experience is a plus.
* Ability to work at a management level.
* Product and design vision.
* Natural leadership and strong credibility.
What will your responsibilities be?
The project operates within a complex payments environment (multiple flows, a rich ecosystem, and future challenges related to AI).
The goal is to strengthen the Service Design dimension, going beyond the user interface. Initiatives have already been launched (POCs, pilot projects), but the current challenge lies in:
* Transforming the POCs into a sustainable transformation.
* The overall structuring of the practice.
* Organizational alignment and buy-in.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing a strategic vision for service design.
* Interacting with senior management.
* Identifying the appropriate approaches to transform initiatives into sustainable programs.
* Structuring methods, frameworks, and processes.
* Supporting the development of internal skills (mentoring interested designers).
* Creating the conditions for adoption and continuity after the Proof of Concept (POC).
This is not a purely operational role, but rather one of structuring, influencing, and strategic activation.
Desired Profile:
🎓 You hold a university degree (or equivalent).
📊 You have at least 8 years of experience as a Service Designer professional.
🤝 Your ability to collaborate and communicate effectively is exceptional; strong soft skills are required to interact with diverse stakeholders.
📒 Advanced English (minimum C1 level) – this is an international organization that operates in English on a daily basis.
Location:
The office is in Madrid, operating on a hybrid model with two days a week in the office (Arturo Soria area). You will be working internally in the client preferably.
