**_Job description_**
The primary objective of the e-commerce KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER AMAZON role is managing Pure Player customer, to deliver e-commerce revenue targets by driving increased e-commerce sales and customer partnerships.
You will actively seek out new opportunities to develop sales growth and grow market share of our categories within our Pureplay customers in Spain.
Finally, you will develop and build the wider capability of the sales and marketing organization in country/cluster, working with the regional team to develop and execute resources and materials that enable the organization to better identify and execute on E-Commerce opportunities.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Directly support customer management with existing and potential new Pureplay Customers, including customer meetings, customer strategy, customer orders.
- Ensure all customer service and supply chain are operating effectively.
- Support joint business planning with customer, on an annual basis.
- Data analysis & reporting; sharing updates on your customer performance, finding opportunities/gaps and priorities.
- Develop our portfolio/ brand presence on your customer store; content, brand stores, search, media, activation, CRM, ratings & reviews, sampling.
- Work closely with cross-functional e-Commerce squad team; sales, marketing, finance, insights, digital, brand marketing, R&D; to drive opportunities and projects that are needed to drive sales growth for Spain.
**Qualifications**
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
- 3-5 years’ experience in sales, e-commerce sales, specifically working at either B2C e-commerce retailer, or managing e-commerce retailer account
- Experience in direct customer negotiation and well know AMAZON ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Experience with the plataform AMAZON VENDOR CENTRAL
- Language: proficient on English and Spanish

- Record of making decisions and implementing change
- Assessment of market landscape
- Marketing, Capabilities or Activation experience preferred
