Your primary responsibilities for the position include:
Supporting initiatives of NPD / Insourcing.
Collaborating closely with the Global Team based in the US.
Assisting in contacting RM vendors (supporting the Procurement Manager).
Supporting the definition of business allocation.
Outlining appropriate implementation and resolution plans in case of issues.
Contributing to the delivery of savings and working capital improvements annually, aligned with company targets.
Assessing and tracking market trends for assigned commodities, particularly in Spain and Italy.
Supporting the achievement of corporate objectives such as growth initiatives, including supplier lead-time reduction, materials agreements, payment terms improvements, make vs. buy analysis, and employing cost mitigation tactics.
Upholding the company’s principles, business controls, ethics, policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Supporting the development and negotiation of contracts.
Developing and recommending strategies to enhance supplier competitiveness.
Collaborating with global cross-functional teams to deliver cost and service improvements.
Supporting stakeholders in sustainability and circular economy initiatives, aligning with Revlon’s sourcing strategy to meet Sustainable Development Goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Proficiency in Spanish and English; Italian is a plus.
Experience in raw materials within FMCG or cosmetics companies is preferred, with at least 2 years in procurement or supply chain roles.
