We’re looking for a mid / high-level media buyer (2+ years experience) to launch and manage ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.
This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and eager to grow into a more strategic role over time. This is in a fast-paced affiliate lead gen space, so if you have a background there, that's a great bonus.
About the Role:
* Campaign Setup & Management: Launch and manage ads across multiple platforms.
* Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate campaign setup with minimal errors.
* Project Tools: Work within Trello, Ringba, Arc ads, Play.ht / elevenlabs, Slack, and our ad platforms.
* Growth Potential: For the right person, this role can expand into owning 2-3 platforms in 1-2 verticals and can grow to having a team underneath you (of editors, media buyers, developers, etc).
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience: 2+ years in media buying (Intermediate / advanced level).
* Platforms: Experience in Facebook Ads Manager (TikTok, YouTube & Snapchat are a plus but teachable).
* Affiliate Marketing Experience: A bonus, but not required.
* Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow instructions carefully and minimize mistakes.
* Accurate campaign launches with minimal mistakes.
* Managing campaigns in both English (and if you know Spanish, we have Spanish campaigns as well).
* Adapting to multiple verticals and platforms over time.
Budget:
Open – send your ideal proposal. We have options regarding commission or salary based (commission structure is a lower base but a much higher earning potential).
Hours:
20-30 hours per week, potentially full time for the right candidate.
