The role of the Retail Planning & Performance Senior Analyst is to support the Manager in delivering reliable business insights by providing the Leadership team with recurring and ad-hoc data analysis and reports.
This candidate should be familiar with the Retail sales organization, initiatives, and data to report performance in a structured manner and develop analytical models to facilitate decision-making.
The P&P Senior Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders within and outside the team to ensure successful delivery.
Main responsibilities
* Act as a sparring partner for the Retail P&P Manager and Retail Senior Management.
* Establish and own accurate reporting processes to track retail performance across management levels.
* Lead projects impacting the Retail sales teams, supporting or owning the full project lifecycle from conception to implementation and tracking.
* Create compelling presentations to communicate progress and facilitate decision-making, making recommendations in appropriate forums.
* Collaborate with regional Retail sales teams to analyze performance related to initiatives and develop action plans.
* Conduct detailed data analysis, often involving large datasets and feedback from regional teams.
* Assist in developing analytical models for strategic and tactical decisions related to incentives, sizing, and organization.
* Build trust and relationships with internal stakeholders and develop a network of contacts across the business.
* Leverage technology (Tableau, Salesforce) to automate and ensure data consistency for initiatives.

* Strong presentation and communication skills to influence decisions.

* Team-oriented with the ability to build relationships and networks.
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
SQL skills, data analysis, and modeling software experience (Tableau), as well as experience in the accommodation intermediation business, are valued but not required.
