What You’ll Do
* Own and execute the SEO & AI growth strategy for Italy (on‑page, off‑page, and technical)
* Uncover growth opportunities through keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP deep dives
* Partner with content, product, and growth teams to embed SEO across everything we build
* Craft high‑impact content briefs that match user intent and drive conversions
* Track, analyze, and optimize performance using tools like GSC, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
* Contribute to integral SEO initiatives and actively share insights with the team
What You Bring
* 2‑4 years of experience in SEO (agency or SaaS is a strong plus)
* Native Italian (must‑have)
* Strong expertise across technical SEO, content SEO, and analytics
* Hands‑on experience with leading SEO tools (GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
* A data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
* Proactive, structured, and collaborative way of working
