A **temporary **opportunity for a **QCM (Quality Conformance Manager **) has arisen within Airbus Commercial, Getafe (Madrid).
The jobholder will be responsible for:
- Local presence at the plant, being the Procurement Focal Point in terms of Quality. SQCDP attendance, MFT contribution and PPS supplier action follow-up.
- Monitoring supplier product quality performance, securing containment actions are applied and contribution to deploy corrective actions giving feedback to the plant. ID/action plan/8D follow up to identify the root cause.
- Escalating major Quality escapes detected in the plant/FAL through Event/SARI securing the information is supported by a Business Case.
- Secure supplier product quality at reception level guaranteeing purges, inspection points, physical damage identification, first article inspection and concession check.
- Maintain a high level of coordination with the correspondence Supply Officer to secure alignment between deliveries and quality. Secondary flow assurance.
- Coordinate quality actions followup with POS/POM/POE and the rest of stakeholders.
- Organize with POS/POM/POE supplier meetings to secure conformance management activities are performed at WP level.
- Attend Cross Program meetings organized by LeadSCQM to secure conformance management activities are performed at supplier level.
- Give supplier quality status visibility to the different QMx organization/CDT.
