Job Summary:
The Tour Delivery Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that our regional tour manager teams deliver exceptional on-tour experiences. This involves developing and implementing strategies for recruitment, training, and development, as well as collaborating with the product team to maintain Collette brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hiring/Recruitment: Develop an annual hiring strategy to identify and attract top talent in the industry, supporting business growth while upholding excellence standards.
* Training and Team Development: Evolve the training program to address individual and team needs, incorporating various training models, on-the-road coaching, and briefings. Provide assistance in resolving issues for Tour Managers during tours and support the planning of the annual TM Collaboration Meeting.
* Performance Management: Manage team members to achieve customer feedback metrics through our quality management tool, identifying training opportunities and resources.
* Support Product Design and Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the regional team to enhance tours and develop marketing content.
* This position requires approximately 4 tours per year.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Improve operational processes and efficiencies to support Tour Managers on the road, contribute to product enhancements, and develop emergency services protocols.
* Travel: Approximately 4 tours per year.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of industry experience or management experience required.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
* Ability to engage with and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
* Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is mandatory.
