Requisitos, What they’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar.
3-5 years of HRBP experience in a manufacturing plant (almost 2 years).
Talent, performance & workforce planning expertise.
Strong employee relations management.
Analytical mindset.
Experience in culture & change initiatives.
Fluency in English & Spanish. xpzdshu
Pharma / industrial experience (a strong plus!).
