We are currently leading a confidential search for a Managing Director Spain on behalf of a fast-growing international UK fintech company with strong global backing and ambitious expansion plans.
Location: Barcelona
Reporting to: Global CEO
Team Management: Proven experience leading operations and sales teams.
Scope: 70% commercial leadership / 30% team management.
The Mandate
* This is a hands-on, revenue-driven leadership role.
The objective is clear: drive substantial growth in Spain, leading key commercial initiatives, closing high-value enterprise deals, and elevating the local operation to the next level.
* Alongside new business generation, this role will be accountable for the development and management of key enterprise accounts.
This is not a financial or operational management position. The company is looking for a true commercial powerhouse - someone who leads from the front and thrives in complex, strategic sales environments.
The Profile
* Strong track record closing high-value enterprise deals in technology, SaaS, or related sectors.
* Proven experience negotiating at C-level and building long-term strategic partnerships.
* Background in scaling revenue within high-growth or scale-up environments.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership, results oriented.
* Fluent English is mandatory.
